Important Notice: By using the bgbets website or app, you are considered to have accepted all the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "bgbets", "we" and "our" refer to the organisation that operates the bgbets platform. "User", "you" and "your" refer to any visitor — registered or unregistered — on bgbets. "Platform" refers to the bgbets.cam website and all services operated under it.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided on the bgbets platform, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slot games and other gaming services. These Terms take effect from the moment you access the platform or create an account.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years old to participate on bgbets. Opening an account and using our services is permitted only for those aged 21 and above. Providing false information about your age is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, bgbets reserves the right to suspend or close all such accounts. Bonuses or winnings obtained through multiple accounts may be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including:

  • Full name (as per your National ID card)
  • Date of birth
  • Valid email address
  • Active mobile number
  • Correct payment method details

Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password and PIN completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our 24/7 live chat support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

For security purposes, bgbets may request completion of a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. Required documents may include a photo of your National ID card, passport or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked inactive if there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Contact our support team to reactivate your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bgbets is ৳500. Our supported payment methods are:

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The withdrawal process generally takes 5 to 30 minutes to complete.

Please Note: To make a withdrawal, your account's KYC verification must be complete and all bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bgbets are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion or transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Different games may contribute at different rates toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A user may not use each promotion more than once.
  • Wagering must be completed within a specified period after bonus activation.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
  • bgbets reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
  • If any irregular or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets are considered final only after they have been successfully confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless bgbets cancels it at its own discretion. If a bet is not processed due to a technical issue, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.2 Game Results

The results of all games are determined by a verified Random Number Generator (RNG). We conduct regular third-party audits to ensure fair play. If a technical issue occurs during a live casino game, that round may be considered void.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits apply to each game and betting market. bgbets reserves the right to change these limits at any time. Unusually large bets may require manual verification.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts
  • Using a false identity or false information
  • Misusing bonuses or attempting to exploit bonus schemes
  • Interfering with, manipulating or hacking the platform's software
  • Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
  • Sharing account details with another user
  • Threatening or harassing bgbets staff
  • Placing bets using automated bots or software
  • Attempting any form of fraud or manipulation

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above activities, bgbets reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances and take legal action if necessary.

8. Responsible Gambling

Reproducing, distributing, modifying or using any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from bgbets is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

bgbets will not be held liable for:

  • Losses caused by internet connectivity issues
  • Delays or losses caused by third-party services (payment gateways, etc.)
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyber attacks
  • Losses caused by the user's own errors or negligence
  • Service unavailability during scheduled maintenance

In any circumstance, bgbets's total liability will be limited to the amount the user deposited in the 30 days prior to the relevant incident.

12. Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendment of Terms

bgbets reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Revised terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

12.2 Account Termination

You may request closure of your account at any time through the support team. bgbets may close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of terms and conditions
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Failure to complete KYC verification
  • Business reasons

If there is a valid balance, the account holder will be given the opportunity to withdraw before closure, unless the account is being closed due to fraud.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or complaint must first be submitted in writing to our support team. The support team will provide an initial response within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may appeal to senior management.

Result logs for all our games are stored. In the event of a dispute, those logs will be considered as final evidence.
